About the NPME
The National Plan for Music Education
On 25 June 2022, the Department for Education and Department for Digital, Culture, Media, and Sport published a refreshed National Plan for Music Education: the power of music to change lives. The plan sets out government’s priorities until 2030 for music education for children and young people.
As part of the publication of the National Plan for Music Education, schools and Music Education Hubs can download these posters to encourage young people to get involved in music. One is aimed at primary level, and one at secondary.
