The Museum and Galleries Exhibition Tax Relief resources (the ‘resources’) are provided by The Arts Council of England for general informational purposes only. Use by you of the guidance, support and any information provided is at your sole choice and risk and is provided on the understanding that the resources do not represent the provision of legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice and services. As such, you should not rely on these resources as a substitute for, nor do the resources replace, obtaining professional advice. 

The Arts Council of England and/or its supporting partner in these resources (RSM UK Tax and Advisory Services LLP (“RSM”)) make no representations or warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy or completeness of information provided and no liability is accepted for any such information, or any errors, omissions or misstatements negligent or otherwise or for any other communication, written or otherwise in connection with these resources. Accordingly, The Arts Council of England and separately RSM will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages suffered by you or by any other person as a result of use of these resources or any related communication (verbal or written) with you or any other person, in connection with claims for Museum and Galleries Exhibition Tax Relief.

The Arts Council of England reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents of the resources at any time without prior notice.

 

You undertake that you shall not make any claim of any form against The Arts Council of England or its supporting partner RSM in connection with the resources or any related communications (verbal or written).  

 

“you” and derivatives means collectively (a) you as the individual user of the information and any related communications, as well as (b) Your Entity. “Your Entity” means the company or other legal entity that you work for as a partner, principal, director, employee, contractor or equivalent.

 

These terms and conditions of use are governed by English law, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
