Guidance on seeking and securing developer contributions for museum and arts provision in England

Published in partnership with The National Archives, this report explores how museums and arts organisations can engage with the local planning process and officials in order to secure funding through Section 106 legal agreements (S106) and/or the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), collectively known as developer contributions.

It is aimed at Directors, Chief Executives and Senior Leads with responsibility for the strategic planning, development and delivery of museum and arts organisations across England.
