Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: A Data Report, 2021-2022

Each year, we measure our progress by collecting, analysing and reporting on data relating to equality and diversity of the work, organisations and projects that we fund.

It gives a snapshot of how representative the creative and cultural sector was over the 12 months from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022.

This includes the staffing, leadership and audiences of our 2018-2023 National Portfolio Organisations. It also includes data about our own staffing and leadership over those same 12 months. We collect this data as part of our continuing commitment to make both ourselves and the sector we support more inclusive and reflective of England as it is today.
