Character Matters: Delivery Plan Annual Summary 2018-2019

The UK Museums Workforce Steering Group was established in response to the Character Matters: Attitudes, behaviours and skills in the UK Museum Workforce (2016), which made a number of recommendations to future proof the sector over the next ten years. The Steering Group produced a delivery plan to focus priorities and resources from April 2018 to March 2020, to deliver on these recommendations and a year on this annual summary looks at the progress and key next steps.
