Richard Watts, CEO at people

With 25-years experience in the field of learning and organisation development, Richard works with individuals, leadership teams and companies to create and embed transformational change, employing his specialist expertise in leadership development, organisational development, organisational culture, coaching, facilitation and change management.

As founder and CEO of consultancy people make it work, Richard works with over 35 associates nationwide to support organisations across the whole ecology of the arts and culture sector in terms of organisational scale, structure, art form and geographies.

Richard is a practitioner speaker on the International Business MSc and the Arts Fundraising and Leadership Summer School at Leeds University. He also teaches on the Clore Leadership courses, Change Management and People Management and Relationships.

Richard is the Founding Chair of Peckham Platform, a Trustee at Libraries Unlimited and an Honorary Patron of Intoart. He is also founder of the Everyone Foundation and a founder-member of The House of St Barnabas.
