Welcome

Elexi Walker in Queen of Chapeltown.

Welcome

We believe that everyone, no matter who they are or where they live, should be given the chance to let their creativity flourish. We should also all have access to a range of brilliant cultural experiences on our doorstep. We’re looking for organisations, artists, events, initiatives and others to help us achieve our strategy, Let’s Create.

How do I make an application for funding?

I’ve not applied for Arts Council funding before, what do I need to know?

How to apply

You’ll apply through our online application portal, Grantium. Set up a user account and applicant profile as soon as you can, because we’ll need to validate it before you can start your application.

If you need help using Grantium, there’s guidance available.

Access support

Each fund has its own guidance for applicants, explaining who can apply and what they can apply for. We make this guidance available in different accessible formats.

And if you need additional support to prepare and submit your application, we can help with that too, like paying for a support worker.
