Amy Vaughan, our Director of Touring, speaks with Sarah Holmes, Chief Executive of The New Wolsey Theatre, as she shares her insights, thoughts and experiences of embedding inclusivity into their organisation and work.

In this conversation we find out about Sarah’s work on Ramps on the Moon - a touring project enriching the stories they tell by normalising the presence of D/deaf and disabled people both on and off stage, as well as how an organisation can set itself a vision and successfully achieve it with everybody on board.
