More people, in more places…

Creative People and Places is about local people choosing, creating and taking part in the creativity and culture on offer to them. Hear from the people themselves about what the programme means to their communities and their lives.

Is the programme making a difference?

Creative People and Places is an action research programme, meaning each of the projects reflects on the results of their work and tests new approaches. From 2013 to 2019, an evidence review and evaluation has been undertaken to find out if the programme was achieving its goals and which approaches worked well.

Who’s taking part?

At the heart of Creative People and Places is making sure that everyone has access to creativity and culture. From 2014 to 2021, the Audience Agency has been commissioned to find out who has been reached by the different projects.
