Kirsty Lang is an experienced journalist and broadcaster with a special interest in foreign affairs and the Arts. She is the chair of the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art in Gateshead and sits on the board of the British Council.
She spent many years as a foreign correspondent reporting for the BBC and the Sunday Times from Eastern Europe and later Paris. She’s been a presenter on Channel 4 News, BBC World, and Radio 4s daily arts programme Front Row.
She chaired the Orange Prize for Fiction, was a judge of the Independent Prize for Foreign Fiction in Translation and was also a visiting Professor in the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in New York.

Donna Munday is a freelance Executive Producer and Arts Management Consultant, having worked as a senior executive in subsidised and commercial theatre for 27 years in a variety of roles, including Executive Producer, Chief Executive, Executive Director and Director of Theatre Production.
Donna is currently General Manager for the West End transfer of the hit production of Death of a Salesman directed by Marianne Elliott, senior advisor for Trafalgar Entertainment on the UK and international tour of The King and I (Lincoln Center production starring Kelli O’Hara and Ken Watanabe), and for Working Title Films on the development of their new film-to-musical project.
Donna is also the Chair of the Board of the National Student Drama Festival, on the Board of Headlong Theatre Company, where she chairs their Finance & General Purposes Committee (both ACE NPO organisations), and on the Board of Batley & Spen Youth Theatre Company, set up in celebration of the late Jo Cox MP.
Tony Butler is the Executive Director of Derby Museums, and is currently overseeing the £16.5m redevelopment of the Derby Silk Mill as Derby’s Museum of Making.
Prior to joining Derby Museums in 2014 he was director of Museum of East Anglian Life, where he repositioned the organisation as a social enterprise and led a major capital development programme. In 2011 he founded the Happy Museum Project, to explore how museums could contribute to a society in which well-being and environmental sustainability were its principle values.
He is a member of the National Museum Directors’ Council, a director of Mission Models Money and a trustee of Kids in Museums. He is also a fellow of the Clore Leadership Programme and the National Arts Strategies chief executive programme.
Tim Crarer is chair of Wiltshire Creative, a pan-arts organisation bringing together the Salisbury Arts Centre, Salisbury International Festival and Salisbury Playhouse – which merged in 2018. Prior to the merger Tim was the chair of Salisbury Playhouse.
He is a Senior Partner at solicitors Parker Bullen LLP which he joined 33 years ago (when it was Jonas and Parker), having gained his degree from Queens’ College, Cambridge and spent four years with City solicitors Richard Butler.
