Making a complaint

Our complaints procedure is for complaints about how we have treated you or your application.

We cannot use the complaints procedure to deal with complaints that are not about us, or are about the actions of an organisation we have provided funding to.

However we are interested in any comments that you may wish to make and will still provide you with a written or final response.

This document explains the formal procedure for dealing with complaints, and the sorts of things people can make a formal complaint about.

Music Hub Investment Programme

If you would like to complain about how we have handled your application to the Music Hub Investment Programme 2024-25, please read our specific complaints process. Please note that we do not have an appeals process and for this reason, we are unable to accept complaints that relate solely to the decision we have made rather than how we have made it.
