Music Education Hubs: Survey and Data
For each year of funding, we require Hubs to complete an annual survey, which details participant numbers and characteristics, staffing and board statistics, activities, income and expenditure.

On this page, you can download templates and guidance for the 2023-24 annual survey, as well as a step-by-step video walkthrough.
Support drop-ins
Current Hub Lead Organisations can join us at a drop-in support session to discuss the annual survey with our policy and data analysis teams. These drop-ins take place via Microsoft Teams. You can find the dates for upcoming drop-ins below. Book your place by emailing meh.data@artscouncil.org.uk. Please let us know of any access needs when you book your place.

- Thursday 22 August, 11am - 12pm
- Wednesday 25 September 11am - 12pm
- Tuesday 22 October 2023, 3 - 4pm
We’ll answer common questions from these drop-ins through FAQs published on the homepage of the survey.
