Cllr David Dagger
Cllr Dagger is the portfolio holder for Culture, Sport and Libraries in the Wakefield area, following two years as deputy portfolio holder. He has gained a good understanding of the arts from the diverse range of organisations across the Wakefield district and has a strong personal commitment to helping Wakefield become a centre of excellence for cultural celebration.
