Cllr Bernard Atha
Cllr Atha has been a professional performer in dance, theatre, TV and film. He has strong links with many arts organisations across the Yorkshire region and was the Chair of the Leeds City Council Culture Committee for many years. He has previously been a member of the Yorkshire Regional Arts Council, and was a board member of Yorkshire Arts before the merger with regional arts boards in 2002.
