Cllr Cecilia Motley
Cllr Cecilia Motley is Cabinet Member with responsibility for education and skills, rural affairs, carbon reduction and sustainability at Shropshire Council.
Previously she worked in London in a variety of disciplines, including marketing, politics and the voluntary sector culminating in five years as Director of a voluntary organisation dedicated to using the skills of business and industry to promote employment opportunities in deprived inner-city areas.
