Cllr Dave Butt
Councillor Dave Butt is Cabinet Member for Community Services at Torbay Council - a unitary authority, with a portfolio covering waste & recycling, street scene, highways & parking, parks & open spaces, beaches, the arts and culture. Dave has previously worked as a chiropodist after careers in the motor trade and computer industry.
Dave says, 'having spent nearly four years as a councillor and three as a cabinet member I have developed a keen interest in how we bring the Arts to our residents in Torbay'.
