Sheila Healy : Chair
Sheila has had a wide-ranging career in local and central government. She recently served as Interim Chief Executive with Shropshire Council. Prior to this Sheila was Chief Executive of Cornwall County Council. She was Chief Executive of City Challenge and Director of Environment in Walsall MBC which was instrumental in establishing the New Walsall Art Gallery, and also served as Director of Environment and Economy in Telford and Wrekin BC. As a Director for the IDeA (Improvement and Development Agency) she worked across the West Midlands on the local government improvement agenda. She has served as Vice Chair of the Ikon Art Gallery and Chair of Audiences Central (West Midlands). She is presently involved with the National Review of Libraries, is a member of the Tate St Ives Advisory Council and serves on the board of the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust.
