Carol Bell
Carol Bell is Head of Programme Development for the culture10 at NewcastleGateshead Initiative. Here she oversees the management and evaluation of a curated programme of exceptional cultural events and festivals across the north east and is directly involved in developing programme ideas. Prior to working at NewcastleGateshead Initiative she was Programme Manager for the Northern Rock Foundation, supporting cultural activities in the north east and Cumbria. Carol worked in Cumbria as the County Arts Officer and has also worked at a district level as an arts development officer, an arts in education co-ordinator and a freelance photographer.
