Cllr André Gonzalez de Savage
Born in Spain's Catalan capital Barcelona, André has lived and travelled throughout Europe and many parts of the globe. He is passionate about developing culture and healthy creative communities. André appreciates and admires fine art, and has a strong family background in the creative industries. He holds various positions from Ambassador for business and economy, Chairman of Northampton Festival Company through to Cabinet Member for Arts and Culture for Northamptonshire County Council.
