On 1 October 2011, Arts Council England assumed some of the functions of the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council (MLA).
As part of their work to support museums, libraries and archives, the MLA built up a database of research resources, including evaluation reports, case studies and briefings.
You can still access the database (in its entirety) by visiting the archived webpages of the MLA.
The Arts Council has identified key items from the research database that are available for immediate download:
Public library activity in the areas of health and well-being (2010):Appendix A - summary of KOL interviews
Appendix B - evidence framework
Appendix C - survey of public library authorities
Appendix D - case studies
