Arts Council England is committed to supporting the needs of our stakeholders and recognises that more openness and transparency will support our ambitions in achieving great art for everyone.
We know that continuing to consult and involve our stakeholders will lead to better policy making and to the better delivery of our programmes.
To ensure that we consult and inform our stakeholders in the best way possible, we have published a Statement of our consultation principles. This statement has been developed to ensure that those that are being consulted by the Arts Council are clear about:
- why the Arts Council is consulting
- how the Arts Council will fulfill its commitment to maintaining good quality consultation
-
what you can expect from the Arts Council when you are being consulted
