BETT Exhibition
4 Jan 2010
13-16 January 2010 Olympia, London.
"BETT? What is BETT?", I hear you say. Well it is the world’s largest technology in education event. If you are a teacher then this will be the show for you, if not then the displays presenting modern education using technology will intrigue you just like a trip to the Science Museum would.
The show certainly balances the here and now with schools of the future. In addition to the products and resources on display, it is the specialist feature areas and seminar zones that make BETT such a unique exhibition, these areas continue to develop and evolve in line with new Government initiatives in education. Short for ‘British Education and Training Technology’, BETT aims to address all the issues that are currently affecting those at the forefront of education.
The exhibition expects to attract visitors from every corner of the globe, including teachers, decision makers, local authorities, key Government representatives, industry and anyone else with an interest in the future of learning. It really will be a busy four days as Olympia will receive around 30,000 visitors and around 700 educational exhibitors this year. As it’s free to attend we’re surprised this number is not higher.
BETT runs from 13 - 16 January 2010 at Olympia, London. See www.bettshow.com for more details.
Also featuring at this year's BETT show are Take it away friends Show Me How To Play. Why not drop in at stand R56 (Roland Stand) and say hello to the team who have helped produced our exclusive free Take it away online tuition tracks as part of Practice-a-thon Music. The Show Me How To Play team have also been nominated for a prestigious BETT award, so we wish them lots of luck!
