    The most appropriate group of people to undertake the self-evaluation will vary from organisation to organisation but it is likely to involve a range of people,both from within and outside your organisation.

    You may wish to consider the following groups of people or individuals –either to participate directly in the process, or to consult or take evidence from:

    • your governing body or individual members of it 
    • senior members of staff
    • members of staff from across the organisation
    • audience/participant representatives
    • artists
    • volunteers
    • funders
    • partners
    • peers
    • suppliers

    When choosing who to involve, think carefully about how to ensure you include appropriately diverse points of view.
