In 2005 we published our strategy for Children, young people and the arts. The strategy expressed our belief that the arts can enhance children and young people's lives, and contribute to the sucess of a wide range of government policies, including Every Child Matters and Youth Matters. This action plan describes the steps we will take to achieve our aims.
