Deutsche Börse Photography Prize 2008
Love photography? Don’t miss the Deutsche Börse Photography Prize 2008 at The Photographers’ Gallery, London, until 6 April 2008. The Annual Prize of £30,000 is amongst the most prestigious international awards. It rewards an international photographer who has made the most significant contribution to photography in Europe over the previous year.

This year’s shortlist: John Davies, Jacob Holdt, Esko Männikkö and Fazel Sheikh, have been selected through demonstrating a focused and sustained commitment to exploring subjects of social importance through photography.
The Photographers’ Gallery continues its commitment to showcasing new talent and highlighting the best of international photographic practice with generous support from the Prize sponsor, Deutsche Börse Group.
