ARTfutures

ARTfutures is the Contemporary Art Society’s annual selling exhibition – a unique and un-missable event in the contemporary art calendar. Held at the Bloomberg Space, London from 6-12 March 2008, it features the work from approximately 100 artists. ARTfutures offers a snapshot of visual art practice in the UK today, embracing a broad spectrum of disciplines from painting to sound art from emerging to established artists.

This year’s ARTfutures will be particularly artist centred. To emphasise the curatorial aspect of the project, whilst at the same time extending the boundaries of the show, a number of distinguished artists have been asked to nominate other artists and to contribute work themselves. The event has a track record of talent spotting, with previous shown artists subsequently achieving high profiles including Turner Prize Winners.  Make sure not to miss it!

Own Art sales service

The Contemporary Art Society will be offering an Own Art sales service at the exhibition. With artworks ranging from £500 to £5,000, don’t miss this unique opportunity to take home a piece of art you love!
