The Art of Ideas II

Following on from last year's highly successful initiative, Art of Ideas II will again highlight the excellent and vibrant visual arts activity in the West Midlands and to complement this a new publication, Cultivate, will be launched.
Don't miss out on discussion events and networking opportunities as well as a special tour programme running throughout July - what better way to kick start a summer of creativity!

Featuring fine art, photography and contemporary craft by new, emerging and established British artists, selected from Visual by Stephen Snoddy, Director, The NewArtGalleryWalsall. All the work is available for sale.
Visual is the flexible contemporary art service from Arts & Business.

Cultivate
To complement Art of Ideas II, a new publication, Cultivate, will be launched to shine a light on the visual art market in the West Midlands'. Based on and in response to Sowing the seeds, the first research ever carried out into the West Midlands' art market, the publication features a text by writer and curator Matt Price and showcases work by some of the region's most exciting talent.
Cultivate will be available online from Arts Council Publications from 01 July 2009.
