It's your last chance to vote for the finalist of the The Place Prize as 16 choreographers premier new works at The Place's Robin Howard Dance Theatre.
Uniquely, The Place Prize helps choreographers to develop new commissioned works, giving them funding, free studio time and technical support.
Audiences have the opportunity to watch the commissions at the semi-final performances, and to vote for one of the four entrants to go through to the final, with the last perfomance taking place tomorrow, Saturday 22 September.
The remaining three finalists will be selected by a panel of dance experts, chaired by Eddie Nixon, Director of Theatre and Artist Development at The Place, with the final taking place in April 2013.
As well as funding The Place through our national portfolio, the Arts Council has previously funded several of the dancers nominated for the prize through Grants for the arts. Watch videos from Eva Recacha and Seke Chimutengwende who talk about how the funding has supported the development of their work.
