The University of Wolverhampton’s Performance Hub announces launch of new website

The Performance Hub at Walsall Campus of The University of Wolverhampton announces the launch of its new website, containing information about forthcoming shows, events and hiring of space and facilities.

The venue opened in 2011 and is home to the School of Sport, Performing Arts and Leisure, hosting the performing arts students and courses of the University. The Hub boasts a studio theatre, several large studio spaces for dance and drama, recording studios and music practice spaces.

The Performance Hub will collaborate with Forest Arts Centre for MusicFest2013 and will become a hive of musical activity in March with several performances.
Performances at The Black Box Theatre include Midlands Chamber Players, a musical society currently in their 47th successful season of concerts, on Friday 1 March and a free admission Orchestral Performance on Monday 11 March. The Ivory Duo will also perform a Performance Hub commission by Lola Perrin, followed by a Performance and Composition workshop with Nigel Beer and Chris Foster.
