As we reach the end of the year, we reflect on some of the great achievements of the arts and cultural sector over 2013.

We also wanted to remind you about ways to keep in touch with us through our Arts Council social channels. 

A look back at the year in arts and culture

See a copy of our Christmas email, recapping some of 2013’s big moments in arts and culture: from Hull being named the UK City of Culture for 2017, to celebrating the 100,000th young person receiving an Arts Award.

This year we also launched our refreshed strategy: Great art and culture for everyone; and reported on the staggering return investment in arts and culture brings – for every £1 invested, up to £6 is generated for local economies.
