The capital will be bursting with fantastic art and culture this summer, all forming part of the Cultural Olympiad or wider 2012 cultural celebration. With so much going on, we are looking for 10 Londoners to create video diaries that record their experiences of some of these events.
Agreed travel expenses will be covered and chosen diarists will be given a programme of around 10 events and exhibitions to see from May through to September, with complimentary tickets provided for them and a friend or family members.
Events will range from outdoor spectaculars to show-stopping theatre and major exhibitions, taking place cross all 33 boroughs.
If you think you could be one of our video diarists in London this summer, just complete our online survey.
We want a broad range of people, not necessarily just those who are real culture vultures, but also those with an interest in art and culture who are keen to be part of the Cultural Olympiad in London.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over, live in Greater London and willing to travel across the city. We want people who are able to attend events across the summer, but we will be as flexible as possible to fit around your availability.
Finally, we are looking for people who would be confident using a pocket camera to capture their experiences, and who are happy for their videos to be made public on our website and social media channels.
To apply complete our online survey by 31 May.
