We want to appoint a roster of agencies to handle brand, design and marketing projects across ten offices around England.
The roster will be split between two key Lots:
1) Brand development
2) Marketing communications.
The scope of work for Lot 1 will include large and small projects from strategic brand development, to project identities with a focus on strategically driven creative outputs.
For Lot 2, the focus will be more delivery orientated and will include consumer publications, annual reviews, tactical marketing campaigns, event marketing and communication to regional audiences.
This is an exciting time for Arts Council England: we have new leadership, a new direction and new priorities.
We are repositioning the Arts Council brand to: emphasise ‘more arts, less council’; celebrate creativity, innovation and authenticity; be seen as a mark of quality; and reflect our unique positioning across art in its broadest sense, across the whole of England.
Going forward, we will focus on connecting with the public in order to deliver greater accountability, a broader engagement with the arts and public value. We will also work towards our mission of great art for everyone and generate a step change in public engagement and participation with the arts.
We are looking for agencies that offer exciting, experimental and inspirational work that incorporates both striking visual beauty with cutting edge design, to help us take our brand in a new direction.
The process will be carried out with the support of AAR and any interested agency is required to submit a completed pre qualification questionnaire by no later than 5pm, Mon 28 July 2008.
