In February this year Alan Davey, Chief Executive, Arts Council England, commissioned an external review of our regularly funded organisations investment strategy from Baroness Genista McIntosh.
This document sets out Alan Davey's responses to Baroness McIntosh’s conclusions and recommendations. Baroness McIntosh's full report follows Alan Davey's response.
In addition to Baroness McIntosh's report, the Executive Director Advocacy and Communications commissioned a specific report from Gill Kirk of Lyric Communications examining the communication of the investment strategy. A summary of her report and recommendations is attached as an appendix to this report and the full report is also available on request.
