Stabilisation programmeThe main Stabilisation programme was launched in January 1999. There were three rounds of applications. The programme allowed large-scale arts organisations to run major change programmes to achieve long-term creative and financial stability.
Recovery programmeThe Recovery programme, launched in March 1999, was for mid to large-scale arts organisations in danger of imminent insolvency. It helped organisations develop turnaround strategies, working with their key stakeholders.
