When we receive your full application we will first check that it is eligible. All eligible applications will then be assessed on their own merits and on how well they meet the following criteria:
1 the quality of the activity or ideas you are proposing
2 how the activity will generate shared learning for the wider sector
3 how realistic the activity is financially, and its future effect
4 how the activity will be managed and its ongoing effect
We will make our assessment on the basis of the information you provided in your expression of interest, full application, our current knowledge of your organisation, if applicable, and any further information that we have specifically requested from you.
Our assessment will use the expertise of our staff to judge how well your application meets each of the four criteria. Identifying and considering the level of risk in your activity and what plans you have in place to mitigate these risks is an important part of our assessment. A recommendation will then be made to the relevant decision-making body.
