To be eligible to submit an application you must be:
1. An existing dance organisation or a consortium of dance organisations. In the latter case you should identify a lead organisation as the applicant and this organisation will be expected to act as the legal recipient of any grant made. Organisations may be a named partner in up to two applications, one of which they could lead
2. You must have a registered office in England
3. You must be properly constituted as an organisation and able to make available copies of your governance documentation, if requested. This includes:
- Limited companies registered at Companies House
- Community interest companies (CIC) registered with the CIC regulator
- Charities or trusts registered with the Charity Commission
- Limited liability partnerships registered at Companies House
- Partnerships established under a Deed of Partnership
- Industrial and provident societies or community benefit societies subject to regulation by the Financial Services Authority (FSA)
- Royal Charter companies
- Statutory bodies
