Can other sources of Arts Council England funding be counted as partnership income in a Creative people and places application?

Money from other Arts Council England lottery funding programmes will not count as a contribution towards minimum partnership funding requirements. An application that is dependent on Arts Council grant in aid funding for its partnership funding would be unlikely to be assessed as strong when assessed in the context of resilience and possibly value for money.

Following the completion of phase one and the agreement of the three-year activity plan, over what period can phase two - the delivery stage - take place?

For the purposes of preparing an application for Round 2 assume that activity in phase two will run from July 2013 to June 2016.
