Grants for the arts - individuals and organisations

Grants for the arts are for individuals, arts organisations and other people who use the arts in their work. They are for activities carried out over a set period and which engage people in England in arts activities, and help artists and arts organisations in England carry out their work. Grants for the arts is funded by the National Lottery.

  • revised details of how we will assess your application
  • further information about other sources of funding

Applications process

Between 10 May and 19 May inclusive we will not process any new applications. This is to allow us to log any applications received on or before 9 May and to amend our internal database to reflect changes in the programme.
