Grants for the arts - individuals and organisations
(if you are applying before 1 November)

Grants for the arts are for individuals, arts organisations and other people who use the arts in their work. They are for activities that benefit people in England or that help artists and arts organisations from England to carry out their work.

We updated the application pack in September 2006 - please use the appropriate one for when you are applying. You can still apply at any time but you must use the correct application pack.

Applying from 1 November 2006

If you are applying from 1 November you should use the new application pack. This is available, in print and on our website, so you can start to prepare your application. From 1 November 2006 we will only accept applications using the new pack.

Applying before 1 November 2006

If you are applying before 1 November 2006 please use the current application pack. If you apply on the current pack after 31 October we will return your application and ask you to reapply using the new pack.

Grants for organisations and national activities are funded by the National Lottery.
