    The New Carnival Company

    The New Carnival Company, Isle of Wight promotes excellence in learning and seeks to raise achievement for adults and young people. The company is a community interest company (CIC), established in 2011 sustain and extend the portfolio of carnival arts development emanating from the Isle of Wight.

    The formation of the company came in response to the Isle of Wight local authority’s restructuring of carnival and creative learning function, the Carnival Learning Centre, and retains the ethos of the CLC in education through the medium of carnival art.
