Drawing Room is the only public, non-profit gallery in the UK and Europe dedicated to the presentation of international contemporary drawing. Founded in 1993, it explores and disseminates ideas around contemporary drawing, providing opportunities for artists to research the medium.
Drawing Room is part of umbrella body Tannery Arts, which supports young and established artists alike, and since its foundation in 2002 by curators Mary Doyle, Kate Macfarlane and Katharine Stout has included in its exhibitions work from experienced and emerging artists.
