Tête à Tête specialises in ambitious, modern and accessible opera productions. Founded in 1997 by Director Bill Bankes-Jones, conductor Orlando Jopling and administrator Katie Price, the company imaginatively explores cross-pollination with other artforms and a range of different formats to engage with traditional and newer audiences alike.
To date, Tête à Tête has produced over 60 stage works by more than 40 different composers for audiences throughout the UK and beyond, and since 2007 has enabled the realisation of works by over a hundred other companies and many hundreds of artists through its annual Opera Festival.
