Sadler’s Wells

Sadler’s Wells aims to provide transformative experiences through dance, to engage the widest possible audience and to expand the public’s enjoyment, appreciation and understanding of dance. As one of the world’s premiere dance houses, they produce, commission and present dance in all its forms, from ballet to hip hop. Sadler’s Wells present existing work by leading companies and artists from all over the world and commission and produce original new work from their associate artists and other artists. Their productions tour the UK and abroad, crossing cultural boundaries and attracting diverse audiences of more than 600,000 each year.

Ultima Vez - What the Body Does Not Remember

The amazing debut of Wim Vandekeybus and Ultima Vez in 1987 stunned the world of dance. Elixir Festival - Celebrating lifelong creativity

Elixir Festival celebrated lifelong creativity and the contribution of older artists. Over four illuminating days, the festival featured a range of performances on Sadler's Wells' main stage and in the Lilian Baylis Studio. In addition to performances, the Elixir Festival offered the opportunity for everyone to get involved via a series of workshops, events and a full day conference to close the festival. Cullberg Ballet - Plateau Effect - Norther Light
