People Express is a professional community arts organisation working at the forefront of regeneration, community and cultural sector development in South Derbyshire. The organisation supports community-led creative and cultural activities that enable groups to use the arts as a tool for learning, communications and development. Our investment supports the creation of new opportunities for the community that the organisation works with.
