Northern Stage

Northern Stage is the largest producing theatre company in the north east of England, and the work they produce goes on a nationwide tour each spring. Alongside producing their own work, Northern Stage is dedicated to presenting the best in local, national and international theatre, and gives resources to local theatre-makers to develop and present their work. During August, Northern Stage runs a temporary venue at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival – Northern Stage at St Stephen’s – which showcases work from the north of England.
