In 2012 Northern Stage went to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. In a converted beautiful old church, St Stephen's, in the north of the city we curated a programme of work that is 'Made in the North of England'. Here's the first part of that adventure as the Northern Stage team transform the church into a theatre.
ME & MR C. By Gary Kitching.
'Me' is on his own, 'Me' is a bit messed up, 'Me' could really use a friend. But at the moment all he's got is a three foot two ventriloquist's dummy with a passion for rock ballads - so that'll have to do.
Meet Director, Erica Whyman and Designer, Andrew Stephenson as they present a sneak preview of the set design for Northern Stage's Christmas show 2012, THE BORROWERS.
Northern Stage's Chief Executive Erica Whyman welcomes you to Northern Stage at St Stephen's - our festival of work made in the North of England at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2012.
