UK Rescue Challenge in Lincolnshire

The UK Rescue Organisation's annual event was hosted by Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue in 2012. Held on Lincoln's Brayford at the University on Lincoln, it saw 130 Fire and Rescue teams from across the UK compete against each other in a series of simulated rescues designed to test their skills to the limit. Water rescues, car crashes and more were mocked-up to let visitors experience all the skills and thrills but none of the danger. You can follow @LincsFireRescue on Twitter.

Footage filmed by Toby Coleman, 15, from Carre's Grammar School, Sleaford.
