The Junction Fiver Unplugged is youth music project developing folk and acoustic music with young people across Cambridgeshire. Drawing on the strong ties with folk and roots music across the city, the Project runs a series of music making workshops in schools; a master class programme with professional musicians and The Junction Fiver Unplugged, a regular showcase of work.
The Project also provides opportunities for young musicians to perform at The Cambridge Folk Festival and to be nominated for the BBC Young Folk Musician of the Year award.

Junction Associate Artist, Bryony Kimmings chats to fellow Live Artist and friend Jenny Edbrooke in our J3 Studio about her show Smalls.
Funny, sad, moving and thought provoking, Smalls is an intimate performance that provides a gently challenging insight into the complex world of undergarments, so rarely discussed but so much part of our daily life.
Audiences are invited under Jenny's voluminous skirt -- made entirely of bras and knickers -- to discover its hidden gems and explore the taboos, myths and mysteries of our most private items of clothing in a multi-sensory experience which mixes sound installation with live performance.
This brief experience may change the way you view your smalls forever!
