    Commonword/Cultureword

    Commonword supports and publishes new writing in the North West, creating opportunities for groups that are under-represented in writing and publishing. It incorporates Cultureword and Crocus. Cultureworld works with Chinese, Asian, African and Caribbean writers, promoting, and supporting them in print and performance. Crocus publishes books of poetry, short stories and longer fiction, reflecting the diverse talents of writers in the region. We fund the organisation to deliver a programme of writer development activity, including an information and advice service on writing and publishing.
