You can learn how to achieve 100% Unlimited Confidence and cure your mental illness, improve your happiness as a mental health manager or carer
This special home-study course from the Mental Health Publisher is your first step
When you're living with mental illness, it's easy to find yourself shut off from the world around you, powerless to make your dreams a reality. My name is Jason Pegler and I am the owner and founder of Chipmunkapublishing. I would like to tell you a little about my new home-study course, Unlimited Confidence.
In this unique course I will guide you through a personal development journey where you can learn how to achieve 100% Unlimited Confidence by applying the exercises, techniques and strategies throughout the course.
The whole course comprises nine manageable, though profound, steps along your own personal journey, to happiness, success and a life free from the shackles of your mental illness. As you grade your progress, you not only see where you need to improve, but acquire the tools you need to do it. The topics inside include...
• How you can learn from the world's great minds and bodies
• Bringing the power of Neuro-linguistic Programming into your own life
• Understanding what is truly important to you
• Inspiring yourself and others
And that's just getting started! These are all methods and strategies I have used in my own life, to successfully cure my own bipolar and then give a voice to others living with mental illness. And now you can study them at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home.Hundreds of Chipmunka authors, carers and thousands of those living with mental illness can already attest to the power of these methods...

A vivid, honest and sometimes disturbing memoir about the experience of having a diagnosis of manic-depression. Like other books in this genre, the author is often painfully honest about his experiences. He recounts a dizzying, dark and sometimes euphoric journey through a world of elation, despair, binge drinking, drugs, raves and psychiatric wards. As well as attempting to educate the reader, the book also provides optimism and hope, showing that it is finally possible to learn to live with, and accept, having a mental health problem.

Let the Mental Health Publisher help you tell your story
I can personally attest to the positive effect laying down your feelings on paper and telling your story to the world will have on your life.
As the founder of Chipmunkapublishing, I have seen this work over and over again, having published more than 800 books by people with experiences of mental illness since 2002. My own renowned autobiography, A Can of Madness, was a vital part of my own healing process, having been diagnosed with bipolar disorder at age 17 and spending several years in and out of mental hospitals.
I have therefore dedicated my life to helping raise awareness and understanding of mental illness and helping people with mental illness become published authors. It is for this reason I founded Chipmunkapublishing, the Mental Health Publisher, which has already published over 825 books by 600 authors since April 2002.
"Thank you very much for the book. I cannot tell you how much I value it. I was in a permanent tantrum before you published me and now I've become quite positive and happy."

My name is Jason Pegler and I originally founded Chipmunkapublishing to give a voice to writers with mental illness around the world.
Through our range of more than 800 books by more than 600 authors, we raise awareness of the stigma surrounding mental health problems by encouraging society to listen.
We want to reduce the humiliation that people with "mental illness" feel. By giving people with mental illness a voice, we give them the opportunity to lead better lives and inspire others going through similar experiences.
We are dedicated to unearthing new talent and helping those who may have gone unheard tell their stories.
Most of our publications are written by people with mental health issues, but we also give a voice to family members of people with mental health issues and many other disabilities. Titles include autobiographies and memoirs, fiction, poetry, film scripts, plays, books of lyrics, anthologies, stories written by carers, self-help books, academic works and much, much more. We publish books on many different mental health and disability related subjects such as bipolar disorder, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, anorexia, aspergers syndrome, autism, self harm, victims of abuse, borderline personality disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, addictions and others.
"Chipmunka has great business acumen and a positive perspective regarding mental health issues and the promotion of individuals with stories worthy of human concern."
Patrick Tobin - Author of the Moon's Last Gasp
Do not let your children grow up misunderstanding people with mental health issues. Let's improve society by empowering people with mental health issues, allowing them to reach their full potential. Then they can shape their own futures and help others do the same.
